The proper amount of clothing to wear at any given moment is the bare minimum necessary to avoid discomfort, embarrassment, or arrest.

    Heh. The bare minimum of clothes regquired where I live is, I think, higher than the national average. Many people around here wear an extra set of underwear. (Utah) :-)
