spiritual awakening and enlightenment in today’s world

Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.

What is wanted is not the will to believe, but the will to find out, which is the exact opposite.

Peaceful Warrior

Peaceful Warrior posterI just got out of the Naro’s showing of Peaceful Warrior, based on Dan Millman’s novel, Way of the Peaceful Warrior. It’s simply *perfect.* Finally, a film with overt teaching on the path, that succeeds on all levels and by any standards. I’ll write a full review this weekend.

In the meantime, let me say, SEE THIS MOVIE! Bring your friends. Bring your enemies. Just don’t miss this.

Good! I’ve been wanting to see it!

Glad to hear it. I don’t know if it’s already come to your area or not, or even if the Naro’s short showing here was an appetizer or if it’s done here. The critics have been killing it, usually the complaint boils down to mysticism being incomprehensible to them outside of comic book, horror, fantasy or sci-fi genres.

Imagine the intellectual hurdle in suspending your disbelief that some people actually live in it…
